Wix API Sync

Run one read-only Wix Bookings API sync. Sparky stores normalized wix_api_sync bookings locally and shows them on Party Bookings. CSV import remains available as a fallback.

Storage warning: API-synced bookings use local JSON storage and require Render persistent disk storage to survive restart/redeploy.
